    JL latest podcast with Peter Hannah of Benchmarks is worth a listen as they discuss this topic.
    He talks about contracts being renegotiated mid contract and most contracts being re negotiated based on spot or at most a few percentage points below spot. Spot being calculated in arrears (3months). So I am more optimistic ( that CXO sale price will be close to spot) based on views of people that are speaking with the supply and demand side daily.
