@Gibson68 Weebit is integration with Skywater. Skywater has a large contract with the DoD and plans of which this technology is critical to execute via partnerships with DARPA. This is crunch time and the turning point for what to you might constitute a penny stock and a chance to overhaul the market they are breaking into. Which translates to billions of dollars of potential.
As you mentioned BRN, I agree with you, right now that stock has been subject to the Shoeshine boy phenomenon. I have yet to see that happen to Weebit. We have a large institutional long term holder (Meitav Dash), partnership with the best in the world expertise in the domain (CEA-LETI tie in with the French Government) with people on the team who have led some revolutionary companies and developments in the tech sector. There's a lot of expertise, due diligence, etc done here from some of the best minds in the world in this domain. This is not a penny/pumped stock. But a front runner of a few holding the torch of ReRAM to be the replacement of flash as flash is simply becoming too expensive and limited in the requirements of today's and the future's demands.
There's a lot of instances similar to this throughout history. Where you have many seeing the potential for the next breakthrough and you have a race to get to the end with the best implementation. Weebit is that front-runner imo. And if you can produce a reason why not. I'm happy to hear, and the weebit holders here are of a different mind to what goes on in the BRN forums. Again, subject to phenomena that brings in those who may have little to no understanding of the domain but buying in based off some hype train. There's a lot of DD and open discussion that goes on in here, can't say many people here have fallen in love with the stock more than the idea. As aforementioned, the investment is not only in the stock but the idea they are working on.
However I have yet to read or hear of any convincing criticism about why Weebit cannot make this one step goal at the least, a reality. All we can do is wait and see how implementation goes at SkyWater. Otherwise, goals are consistently being kicked, achievement after achievement. Interest is coming in because of this progress.
The market needs something like this, flash simply is too expensive to continue in this capacity.
