You can never count your chickens before they hatch - this has got some way to go yet, Roger stressed the point that discussions are preliminary - but we now have one of the biggest networks of vets in the US particpating in the Phase 2b (read the US trial expansion announcmenent - Pathway dba Thrive gets special mention, not just the single vet practice) under the FDA pilot program guidelines (which I understand is why we're limited to the 10 dogs) when we know that the plan had been to head to Phase 3.
This looks for all the world like there's been a course adjustment to accommodate a test drive of the MPL before deciding whether they'll be "taking an interest in the company" as Roger put it.
