."Um Russia is saying their's is "universal law"

OK lets do semantics then .... key word " SAYING "
Russia is also saying they had to go into Ukraine because :
1.it's run by nazis
2. NATO haven't ruled out some time in the future Ukraine joining
3. NATO is somehow threatening Russia
4.Some separatists in Donbas need protecting
5.they are the same people (Russians)

question is though ....do you beleive THESE are the real reasons for invasion or that Putin actually wanted to :
1.Make Ukraine a puppet state of Russia
2.Annexe Donbas to link Crimea to Russia
3.Prove his power to the west

You can make your own mind up but a person can SAY anything and because it has simply been said in itself proves zilch .
