Because if the raise is only $1.5 million & there was $2.6 million on the books as of last quarter, they must be expecting a lot of revenue over the next 6 - 9 months. W2V was burning through $1.3 million per quarter, that means cash burn would have to drop to make it another 12 months.
1.5 + 2.6 = $4.1 million COH, minus cash burnt since March.
So say $3.4 million / $1.3 million per quarter (or less by now) is only 2.6 quarters.
Cash burn would have to be under $1 million per quarter (& dropping) to make it that far. Time will tell I guess.
