I have been thinking about that also. Kinda strange to see prices rising on increasing stockpiles isnt it.
Im guessing that the market now believes China's/India's appetite for resources is about to come to the fore again and once they resume their growth the stockpiles will get eaten into pretty quickly.
It is amazingly bullish that prices in zinc/copper have risen so quickly on the back of rising stockpiles. Its a fascinating question and one im glad was presented to the forum.
