I have some further reading to do, as I am considering adding to my PCL holding on this SP pull back while the negotiations progress (hopefully to a conclusion to PCL's shareholder advantage); as MidDigitalHair correctly pointed out, the final farm-in agreement needs to be ratified by all PEL87 JV Participants and this takes considerable time. Below is the same thermal maturity map I posted yesterday with Venus and Graff added this time.
