It's not what this update is saying at all. They have no difficulty delivering orders. They are talking about the disruption to instore sales caused by the surge in omicron. The high rate of deaths (over 5000 in just five months!) Is particularly prevalent in the older demographic who are very conscious of the dangers. This is easing now and people will be more relaxed about going shopping in store.
