I guess a new dam is a major option 'cept in so far as Sydney is concerned the 'green premier' has give over the best site to conservationists. It probably got him some preference votes. Problem seems to be, however, that the rainfall is receding and dams are not fillling up anyway so therefore mabe a new dam would only be 30% full. Food for thought anyway.
Bring on the rain makers and water worshippers.
