Is it worth re-offering the 16c per share for Kin Mining? SBM currently own 18% of Kin, with 866M ordinary shares on issue. The shares are currently 7.7c, and they have $6.1M in cash as at 31 March 2022 according to their 7 June 2022. Also according to the June announcement they have a 1.28Moz JORC Resource.
Delphi Unternehmensberatung AG own 30% of Kin, so if SBM get them on board to sell first...
