It is 7 times the average volume over the preceeding 15 days. The price is based on VWAP for the 15 days after the notice to draw with an option for the drawn down notice at a fixed price which does not exceed the prior day closing price.

That makes it important to keep the volume traded at healthy levels. It would also be helpful for all shareholders if there was good upward movement in the share price to minimise dilution.

The best outcome will still be dependent on product sales and revenue.
