It's done, the east is now under control of the Ruskies , pretty much . There is no reason to take any more unless they have to push the lines further away , and that will depend on how deeply Zelensky wants to put them into debt.
Ultimately, both sides will become exhausted , like any family court matter.
The ones who come out on top are the ones who realize when the game is up and settle.

I think Zelensky is probably the perfect man in charge if you are playing the role of the lawyer -- willing to keep throwing money and time into a wasted enterprise.
