    The PFS looked at all options to develop the project , DFS or BFS is a comprehensive study ,
    determining that the project is definitely worth proceeding with , this gives them something to present to potential investors , Banks , Fund Managers .

    DFS is done by Third Party not the company itself to avoid a bias presentation ,...
    you be looking to see they use top Quality Companies to complete the study , any mistakes in it and banks will not touch it and its back to raising funds again and issuing more shares .
