I thought some more about your idea, Hawk, and it actually makes sense...but only on a psychological level. The dilution, as I said, was already known to the market and old news. But it might have a short-term effect, and the big player who's screwing around with the sp might be using it right now as part of his Cunning Plan.

That said, today's photo album announcement (honestly, Iggy, it's a bit embarrassing....why not send some of your Christmas dinner too?) reminds us that we are only a couple of weeks away from the next ann and that things are progressing according to schedule.

The proxy form that came in the post warns investors that voting against the .88 share offer would basically blow the project sky high is worrying, but you gotta believe that it will be passed. Major shareholders are going to make sure that this baby gets off the ground...still the uncertainty itself is the problem. All will be resolved on 10 Feb at that meeting, and I'll be there.

Will take laptop and let you all know the results. In the meantime, I bear one thing in mind: This company will be making money later in the year, and the sp will not be 1.45...
