On the assumption that the acquisition will be approved today, it will be interesting to see if there is any movement in the share price as a result.

218m shares @ $0.355 values APIRx at $77.4m - well short of what initial valuations were when first announced, so maybe we can expect some appreciation?
Or has the current price already baked in the acquisition, and any movements are all due to external factors.
As a LT holder, I know daily movements are irrelevant, but I cant get a gauge on what to expect when a significant acquisition like this gets ratified.
Guess I continue to sit back and enjoy the rollercoaster
