    I contacted the Registry for OIP because i will be on holidays on 27th and I have discovered that because it is an EGM and involves voting on a Scheme of arrange4ment .. there will be no proxy voting! You have to be there because as Holy explained some time ago ... the vote is both on numbers prsent and on percentage of shareholdings present.

    Nice timing in the holidays OIP!!!!!!!!! Grrrrr!!!
