Fully funded to what though? That’s the question you need to ask.
I’m talking longer term. I recall seeing or hearing total project capex estimates (some time ago) of between $12B to $16B. A large proportion would be borne by TE but don’t forget PRL had significant outlays too. Where will that money come from…?
