On what basis can you claim that? 16 March 2020 SP was $1.88. 1 November 2021 SP was $5.95. DHG SP went up more than 215% when house prices were booming!!! However, as other have rightly said, house prices have little to nothing to do with the economics of this company. That’s because the number one variable for DHG (and REA for that matter) is property listings, not the price of housing (or mortgage rates). This stock is ripper! The fact that's its currently mispriced should be seen as an opportunity to stock up IMHO not an indication that the company fundamentals are no good.
