I think some sellers may have missed the implications of what ROL announced today.
Hole LWD 055 is basically a 104 metres gold, silver and then base metals rich intersection!!
Hole LWD 055 included:
21 metres at 2.92 g/t Au equivalent (2.37 g/t Au and 33 g/t Ag) from 2 metres including 10 metres at 4.74 g/t Au equivalent (4.47 g/t Au and 16 g/t Ag) from 2 metres
83 metres at 2.7% combined Cu+Pb+Zn from 28 metres including 28 metres at 5.3% combined Cu+Pb+Zn from 70 metres.
So we've got near surface open pittable commercial grade gold for the first 21 metres to 23 metres with silver also grading at about an ounce per ton, then from 28 metres we have an additional 83 metres of copper, lead and zinc.
Just a pity we didn't get 2g/t+ gold there as well. Then it would have been absolutely sensational. There's nothing to say we won't in another drill hole.
ROL have barely scratched the surface of the exploration riches to be found on Romang Island.
