It takes longer to be confident of the superiority of GX-23 graphite compared to AML400 based on the 40 °C tests.

AML400 is artificial graphite from China that the 1,000,000 mile battery research paper is based on. Mr Deas mentioned in a presentation earlier this year that Novonix as well as other battery manufacturers are working on 15 minute quick charge. Quick charging results in batteries overheating.
