re: Ann: ETSA Utilities completes debt refina... I can do boring if it pays enough. You can always doze off while the price climbs. SKI a good example. A no stress investment. Why would you bother with shonky grey lenders (that regularly go bust)offering a fraction more interest than the commercial banks? Hard to believe this one was around $1.10 a few months back.

Here in NZ where I live the investing public has paid heavily for their lack of confidence in the share market. More OZ REITS and Infras need to be quoted here but no doubt the greed of the NZX prevents that. Pity.
