Dan I take issue with your first paragraph when you say there is no proof!
Do you really believe that management should ignore “feedback” from prospective or existing clients! While it may be true for you to have no proof as a member of the public, I sincerely doubt a person who has been in charge of eight start ups wouldn’t know what to pay attention to. Sorry I think you should give that some more thought!
