    The problem is in this sort of panic and crazy world the market doesn’t price anything on logic or fundamentals anymore. It’s sell everything, get out, Then put money into the home loan with rates going to 5% plus and hope for the best. Plus we are in tax sell time. Bloody perfect storm and that’s why the sellers are winning
