    Is it cynical to suggest that this (maybe/perhaps/could happen/could not) announcement smacks of a (possibly) deliberate attempt to shake the tree prior to some upcoming positive news coming out of (maybe) Angola regarding the search for a commercial kimberlite.

    Did that announcement warrant a trading halt - should that announcement have even been made?
