if you add up all the shares on offer after the cap raise and divide it by 500000oz resource the current share price sounds very cheap
also my understanding of this lease is that it will require approx 20 more holes dilled to add another 500000oz to the resource, true or not the only thing I can see destroying this value is if the deal does not go through, nothing is set in stone
