When employees run the show with no skin in the game… I am sure there would be no metrics to evaluate performance internally. New guys would be happy blaming the old and continue the poor show and keeping consoling the SHs they are doing everything to maximise shareholders value. These guys need to get their act together and update market in a timely fashion.
