Its a good arrangement considering the low volume of PDPs currently available and probably more profitable and of better quality than those available from the utility type sources. However I would have preferred to have known whether they were performing or nonperforming as there is a material difference in quality and resource requirements. Market has gone "pfft so what" anyway as it is prone to do in fiscal atmospheres as we currently have.
