my dad is a structural engineer and he said many construction companies are going bust, because they signed contracts assuming much lower building material costs. this must be weighing on stockland's share price, plus massive fund outflow from A-REITs this week.
bought some SCG today, this one is relatively defensive and rebounds on green days unlike stockland. A-REITs got crushed this week. will buy more if selling continues next week, SGP at 3.4-3.5 range is my buy.
