I am not sure if it is 'the best management in Australia' and think Amanda's time is up - the PR has not been right for some time now and the profile of this company should be very different. For me, I hope Amanda leaves with a huge fat cheque and I would be happy to buy the next problem company if she were to move elsewhere (great for turn-arounds) but this company now needs a leader with a profile who can go global...love the company and what Amanda has done and just my view.
