IF the mining license is actually awarded
IF the Dathomir claim is sorted
IF the Zijin legal battle is sorted and not dragged out for years
IF advanced discussions with DRC end up positive
IF the CATH deal can still be completed as AVZ's stake is not confirmed

That's not to even mention operational risk along the journey. Huge site development risks, on site security risks and constant sovereign risks, time lines blowing out, the list goes on. They are so far off production with so many elements still to play out.

No matter what your position or view is, it's messy.
