Perhaps the best option for shareholders might be if an AVZ management group could negotiate with Van Eck to accquire all of Van Ecks AVZ shares off market. Might demonstrate managements confidence in moving forward and remove a lot of uncertainty. Not sure if this is allowable so just a thought DYOR.
