Nothing wrong with having a contrarian view, its useful if its from substance, but
1. Try not to profess things you know nothing about, it stands out
2. Try not to quote from Investopedia to make yourself look smarter
3. Your girlfriend being an accountant doesn't mean either you or her know anything about investment finance, so telling us she is doesn't give you some sort of associated credibility. Rather like point 2 above you trying to do this does the opposite 4. Don't be disrespectful to those that do have knowledge and put effort in these threads
