It's not theBoard who's lying. The NOM clearly states they stopped talking because Boysen tried to force them to replace their lawyers with his. No Board would do that. We still don't know what Boysen is planning. Shareholders should be happy the Board stopped the Uranium deal being hijacked and that they cleverly outmanoeuvred Boysen to lock it in.
