I believe this is the reason it's taking a little extra time. Mind you, Thacker pass was in dispute for 18 months so an excellent test-case.
We are still within the 18 month period, and the Hualapai commented back in March they were not happy with the way things were progressing. Not happy, things were not going in their favour. We are on the road to a clear victory.
I feel sorry for those that have sold their shares, hopefully they can buy back in before we rocket to first stop, 30c, second stop 45c and then on to 60+, all within a 3-6 month period once approvals come through.
Then it's clear skies to $1+
