So many sensitive Sally's out there....last time I checked its a speculative stock....and all I am doing is speculating...maybe I forgot to say "IMO" or "DYOR" lol.
These are the scenarios I see playing out;
1) Tanzania accepts refining in Teesside and approves the SML/FWA (best scenario for PEK, Tanz, shareholders) 2) PEK completes refinery FS and now decides to refine in Tanzania, Tanzania approves SML/FWA 3) Some mixture of 1 and 2 above - I think having two refineries will get messy and not a good plan (IMO, DYOR, lol)...Keep it simple with 1 refinery. 4) Shenghe buys more of PEK and we all get a premium payout - still unclear what the FIRB can do with offshore mining/critical minerals for Aussy companies 5) Shenghe blocks Tanzania into approving SML/FWA to allow for continued Chinese REE dominance (unlikely)
