Well, I checked website before making comment and Ian has engineering qualifications based on what company provides on their website but most others are lawyer or account..that us what needs to be changed in my opinion.
shaw partner board is made of lawyers because company primary activity is to provide legal services, bank or financial institution use account/CPA on board and same mining company should use engineering professional on board in my opinion as they can always engage lawyers and accountants as needed ..IMO.
