Yes the satellites have been a wonderful job creation project for Malians at our expense. We probably shouldn't have bothered and kept $100 million in the bank the last year - only restarting the project when the main pit and plant were ready.
A real cunning plan from AC and MA I have to say. I wonder what they have in store next...
