postive signs for sp

The SP hasn't moved much at all. However it is starting to slowly climb. The volumes have been supporting them selves well and we are seeing alot more people supporting the SP at the 10.5 Level. I think we should see the SP starting to sit more around 11c in the coming weeks and slowing moving upward.

This is in contrast to late last year when there was not alot of support at the 10c mark and we saw it dip below a few times. Not sure whats driving this. Possibly other reits have risen and price and this is merely starting to correct itself.

Any ideas appreciated!
