Unfortunately even Triple A stocks like LTR are not immune to the pain that has come and is coming. Nothing is immune to rising interest rates and high inflation.
The equation is simple high rates equals low assets prices low rates equals high asset prices. We were all loving life just after COVID hit and the FED reduced rates and printed trillions which caused a bounce in the equities markets like we have never seen, unfortunately now we are seeing the effects of such insane monetary policy.
I sold my holding regrettably last week losing hope that there was any chance of a bounce coming in the foreseeable future, now unfortunately hoping for the price to drop to get in at cheaper price.
