re: Ann: Market Update - Management Rights fo... Good to finally get an update on the orchard management beyond the current crop. I had hoped for an update early next week as I note that Olam are due to do an investor roadshow on 18/1/10 & 19/1/10.
The good news is that this provides some stability to their future and enables them to move forward with the Western Australia expansion. The new WA orchards will spread the agricultural risk for SHV.
Good also to read that the banking covenants have been met with the repayment of $10m in debt in December.
Water entitlements have improved beyond expectations for the 2009/10 financial year with scope for further allocations in the coming months.
The only remaining question is the SHV shares that TIM presumably still owns.
