My friend - who knows what will happen in the future? What I do know is that - right now - PEK is registered on the Australian Stock Exchange. THAT is all that matters. Shenghe CANNOT "take-over" PEK without FIRB's blessing AND approval of the Federal Treasurer.
Right Now is all I care about is in the context of getting this mine up and producing.
I will leave the future for itself, but I am unable to see in any future where the Australian Government will give up such an asset to the country with a virtual monopoly on current RE production - can you?
This discussion turned left when Bradley suggested that SHENGHE were going to take-over PEK. I have pointed out - as have others, I am no expert - that given the current Australian laws, this is not likely without the express approval of the FIRB.
