There is obviously something serious going on behind closed doors. As SH we must be informed and best way is for an EGM where we are told the facts and decisions made. As mentioned elsewhere the Scheme is dead..We need transparency to make sure our interests are protected. Those of us who have been RAP holders since its inception know where it has been, what it has done, and where it is going. 2 weeks of discussion and no tangible result?? I doubt that report was less than 20c...Fact that Pfizer is still in discussion to me is a positive...They want it...but please BOD let us into your confidence by calling EGM
