I guess the BOD has no choice but to recommend the revised offer as it is now in line with the expert report.

That said I'm my distrust in the board is growing as is my disappointment with their lack of results and their lack of communication.

This latest offer gives me a 100% profit but that isn't why I invested. I'm here for multiples of that and we can all see with the right people at the helm it's possible.

Its a big fat NO from me and a full replacement of the board would be in our best interests as well!
