Ge-Pembrok I reckon it is just traders playing. Anyone with a good long term vision (I hope ) should be able to see that with their steady sales of oil out of CHJV and I assume ability to charge others for using some of their refurbished storage tanks they should have a good possibility of carrying this through.
As soon as any agreements are reached with larger companies eg APA or WPL or...? The market might just notice.
