It looks as if it's all about "Co-ordination!", in a free enterprise economy? Who takes the reigns???

The World needs a co-ordinated scientific approach to moving towards ESG fuel economies - someone needs to pull the goal posts in the ground to galvanise private enterprise - is the granting of permits leading to land-banking?

I suspect, if there is an impost on permit holders, smaller companies would miss out? Meanwhile I expect the companies that have the resources are riding a Tsunami wave all the way to their bottom lines, recent years of under investment while idealists ruled the the day expecting renewables to replace fossil fuels, major investors walked away from fossil fuel companies - if there was ever a time for ATS to realise its AIMs, surely the time is nigh!?

The lower the investment in fossil fuels, the higher the prices will be as we gradually move towards an ESG World over the next approx. 40 years!
