Lets say you have 2 billion in shares and want a new Rolls , no problem . Want to sell it all because you want a new Rolls or to buy the company well you are saying no money to be made in this dog so selling to buy a company that makes taxable profits . So if its current price is say $10 a share and real value is $0 and you dump and got $5 well sounds like pure profit
