I may be wrong ( I hope I am) but isn't this just a correction from Dec? the company seems to have missed out announcing 10mm or so shares in escrow from December. and the second announcement is just the updated dilution based on the addition of those 10mm shares - ie an updated announcement from Dec 2021 that reflected people's dilution at that time.

I could be very wrong but I find it unlikely that there would be selling of such size over a 6 month period without previous notices having sent out.
