So here we are at $55m m/cap. Our stake in RKN worth $ 28m (and looking at RKN share price lately i think our share be closer to $ 30-$35m by the time the accounting part sale is finalised , we've got around $8m in cash from memory ,around $8m coming from RKN special divvy puts our EV somewhere around $8m - $10m for a business with increasing revenues of 50%, no need to raise capital probably ever (unless we purchase another beaten to hell company for buggerall ) We should be cash flow positive by this time next year at the latest i would think ... licences/partnerships coming out our ears. If this isnt the greatest LOL share price around i'll eat my hat , this has been hammered like ZIP and other BNPLs with a far superior business model , take the expenditure for the banking licence out of the equation we would be near cash positive now, or at least before the end of next quarter. Looking at the last few months trading , the thought has crossed my mind , are we being forcibly pushed down for a potential lowball takeover offer of $ 100m ? This makes absolutely no sense looking at the actual facts and figures that our EV is $ 10m. Rant over
