I think its just in the wording...when they say Forward Flow as in the CBA deal its non performing loans.....the portfolios they are buying from the market (not forward flow) can be either....and in the case of the $38.5m its was largely performing albeit with a segment of broken arrangements as well (where performing has stopped paying).
they are 2 distinct modes of acquiring PDL........
