You may get slightly less per share, .007 less, but it would save you months of hanging onto this. I just don't understand the thinking of outrightly stating you're going to vote yes and the reasons behind it when you could save yourself the time and more supposed trouble the company is putting you through.

If I intended to sell, this is exactly what I would be doing.

I have every confidence that the high offer will be on the table and the test works and no votes won't stand a chance of getting up at this point.whats another 2 weeks over 6 years .the only reason I don't sell on market is the minute chance that someone comes from woodwork with more.
